NRA reserves the right to withdraw service where use is excessive due to lack of regular maintenance or the failure to rectify any ongoing fault.

Your service will commence once all details and payment have been validated by our Administration staff. This could take up to 48 hours. All assistance within the first 48 hours will be at your cost.

The roadside assistance membership is valid for the vehicle, not just for the person who owns the car. This means that all family members will be covered for the unexpected, when they are driving the vehicle as well.

Your National Roadside Assist membership has a 7 day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. You will be entitled to a refund if you cancel and have not used any of the membership benefits within the 7 day cooling-off period. You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel and have used any of the membership benefits within the 7 day cooling-off period. If you wish to cancel your membership after the cooling-off period of 7 days, even if you haven’t used any membership benefits, you will not be entitled to a refund.

National Roadside Assist Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend its “Exclusions and Limitations” of policies without prior notice.

An excess will apply to tows more than your coverage limits. Quotes for the excess can be provided upon request at the time of the call for assistance.
